REVELATION AND GENE OF O-GROWTH HORMONES

摘要

The DNA fragment of ovine growth hormone (OGH) gene is synthesized according to the amino acid sequence of OGH by DNA synthesizer or polymerase chain reaction. The synthesizing gene is cloned with E.coli vector to obtain expression vector (ptrp-OST) containing ovine growth hormone gene. The expression vector is inserted into the E.coli W 3110 (KCCM 10006). The transformed E.coli is used for production of ovine growth hormone in high yield.
