The switch includes a lever (10), pivotable by means of a torsion spring (12), and with a tongue (15) bearing the movable cradle (20). The cradle (20) acts on a lifting bellows (21) with contact pads, arranged in the housing of the terminal, via a p.c.b. (40), to make contact. The principle of the apparatus corresponds to that of a telephone etc. keypad. When the handset is lifted, the bellows (21) are relaxed and the spring (12) is tensed. When the handset is replaced, the spring (12) relaxes and the lever (10) pivots about a spigot (17). The bellows (21) are deformed in the direction of the p.c.b. (40) and the contact pads come into contact with the p.c.b. tracks. ADVANTAGE - Simple device requiring only small space and having high switching reliability.
