The individual components are movable vertically and around their longitudinal central axis. On their abutting edges they are gaplessly arranged on a device, forming a closed surface to which colour is applied, whereby the proportioning of the picture colour formation is achieved in its extent on two axes. With the picture colour formation a picture is prepared, with a picture section on each component. The individual components consist of flexible textile or plastics surfaces (1) on which the Venetian blind components (2) are held edge to edge in elastic loops (3). The loops are so arranged that the components on application of colour are only minimally covered. ADVANTAGE - It is possible to apply a picture to the components of a Venetian blind.
