PURPOSE: To connect a constructed wall and an expansible plug in terms of shape connection by providing an annular cutting edge in a radius direction at the annular collar of the free front end part of a tapered expansible sleeve. CONSTITUTION: An expansible sleeve 1 with slits 7 and 7 in a longitudinal direction is extended to an annular collar 10 in a tapered shape toward its free front end 9, and the annular collar 10 is provided with an annular cutting edge 11 in a radius direction. Also, a conical inner hole 6 is provided in the expansible sleeve 1, and the angle of an inner-periphery surface is set to 15 deg.-18 deg.. On the other hand, a conical addition part 5 where an outer-periphery surface has an angle of 12 deg.-14 deg. is provided at an expansible rod 4. Then, the expansible plug is inserted into a cylindrical punching being provided on such constructed wall as a concrete part, and the expansible rod 4 is driven. Then, an outer- periphery surface 16 of the conical added part 5 presses the inner wall of the inner hole 6 and expands the expansible sleeve 1, and the cutting edge 11 of an annular collar 10 enters the wall of the punching, thus strongly connecting the constructed wall to the expansible plug.
