<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the working time from after the observation of a tape running system which the completion of the assembling of a magnetic recording and reproducing device and to satisfactorily enable analyzing a tape running. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an equipment holder 11 capable of loading/unloading a head drum 3 and an optical equipment having an objective lens 29 corresponding to a drum reed 4 provided on the instrument holder 11, etc. Thus, the readjustment of the tape running system of the head drum 3 is not needed after the observation since at the time of observing the tape running system of the head drum 3 by using the optical instrument 27, the equipment holder 11 is loaded with the head drum 3 and is separated from the head drum 3 after the observation of the tape running system. Furthermore, the mechanism of an influence given on a magnetic tape T by the form of the limited part of the drum reed 4 is available to be specified since the tape running system of the head drum 3 is directly observed.</p> |
