PURPOSE:To diagnose the abnormality of a production line at an early stage by monitoring the operating condition of the production line and to output a work instruction to each worker. CONSTITUTION:Concerning the mixed stream production system and the operating method for the same composed of respective job sites for assembly and test on the single production line, plural line terminal equipments 3 installed at those job sites, communication storage unit 4 added to a product or a pallet to mount the product for making the streams of an object and information coincident and storing manufacture data for each product by communication with the line terminal equipments when conveying the pallet, line host control part 5, terminal equipment 6 for line host management and fault terminal equipment 7, and the line host control part 5 monitors parameters related with time management for the operating condition of the production line, quality conditions and states of workers, compares them with threshold values, displays the respective work instructions of attention, danger and line reconstitution and stops the production line when the fault is serious. |
