<p>PURPOSE:To foretell an earthquake several days earlier them the earthquake by providing a coil with a core at a top of a round cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Coils 2, 3 for receiving an earthquake electromagnetic wave are provided at an upper part, and a core 4 attracts a magnet rod 6. On a day having a strong electric field (shallow center of an earthquake by estimation), a magnetic field is generated in the coils 2, 3. This magnetic flux repels between the core 4 and the rod 6, and the rod 6 is dropped toward a plate B. When the center of the earthquake is deep, since influence of gravity is affected, a balance of attraction forces of the core 4 and the weight of the rod 6 itself is collapsed, and the rod 6 drops. A plate A and the plate B are brought in a continuity by the rod 6 to obtain a signal.</p> |
