CARBON FIBER FOR CEMENT REINFORCEMENT AND COMPOSITE CEMENT MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To obtain a carbon fiber for cement reinforcement, having excellent adhesivity to cement, smoothly passing through a direct spray gun, having excellent collectability and suitable for direct spray process. CONSTITUTION:This carbon fiber for cement reinforcement is produced by coating the surface of a carbon fiber with a polyoxyalkylene bisphenol ether as a sizing agent. A composite cement material having a flexural strength of >=300kgf/cm<2> is produced by cutting the carbon fiber to 10-50mm long and mixing to a cement matrix at a volume ratio of 1-5%.
