The equipment incorporates a rectangular horizontal platform (3), supporting the straw-laid timber stacks (1',1'') and the fan/heater unit. During drying, it is wholly enclosed by the inflated casing. Part loads from the platform are transferred via four support surfaces (33) and via part surfaces of the foil hose to outer plinths. Components are provided for unloading the part loads and simultaneous freeing of the part surfaces one at a time or in pairs. The part surfaces and the nearest surrounding parts are reinforced by material laminated to the foil hose (2). The support surfaces are adjacent to the cylinder surface of the inflated foil hose. The platform comprises two longitudinal main beams (31) and superimposed cross beams extending to the cylinder surface. The cross-beams (32',32'') are reinforced at their ends and have the support surfaces.
