The waterproof composition is prepared by mixing water borne pitch, natural rubber latex and water as main components, and silicone and acrylate based adhesive as sub-components; then slowly stirring to the homogeneous state and the suitable concentration of spraying. The volume ratio of mixing the water borne pitch, natural rubber latex, water, silicone and acrylate based adhesive is 2:1:0.8:0.001:0.0001. The obtd. waterproof material has heat insulating effect to not need a heat insulating material with waterproof property.
