PURPOSE:To display a preparation limit previous notice, and to improve the efficiency for preparing a document. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a storage means 7 having a use line number storing area, a used line number storing area, and a used all page number storing area, a first display control means 9A for setting the number of all pages as '1' first and displaying the number of all pages at the time of preparing a document, a comparing means 4A for comparing the number of one page designation lines and the number of use lines, and a second display control means 9B for executing a display obtained by adding '1' to the number of all pages, when the number of use lines is large. Also, this device is provided with a third display control means 9C for reading out the number of used all pages from a used all page number storing area at the time of updating a document and displaying the number of all pages. |
