PURPOSE:To easily deal with the change of a message output destination and also to facilitate the synchronous control of a message control system of a computer network. CONSTITUTION:When a message display request (the call of a message output function) is received from a process PROCA, a process environmental variable of the process PROCA is acquired (S101). An output identifier (A) set by the process PROCA is read from the process environmental variable (S102, S103). Then the output of a message is requested to a work station WS having the identifier (A) via a network (S104). If the requested output of the message succeeds, the procedure is immediately complete. However a prescribed message is sent to a system console, etc., if the output of the message fails. |
