The multilayer ceramic package is mfd. by (a) mixing 1.5-2.0 μm alumina powder and 2.5-3.5 μm alumina powder, (b) adding sintering auxiliary i.e. clay or talc to the powder to make ceramic powder, (c) adding a PVB as organic binder, butylbenzyl phthalate as plasticizer and ethanol and toluene as organic solvent, and mixing them to make slurry, (d) maturing the slurry to make a green sheet, (e) printing an inner wire on the sheet, and (f) laminating and firing it.
