The high efficient aerobic purifying tank (1) for waste water from the stockfarming includes a sedimentation separating chamber (2) for sedimentation and separation of the waste water, an aerating chamber (3) for decomposition of organic materials by the activation of microorganisms, a final sedimentation chamber (4) for precipitating solids and the microorganism in the waste water, a circulating chamber (5) for treating untreated organic materials with the pollutant-decomposing microbial, and a disinfecting chamber (6) for treating the waste water for disinfection.
