<p>PURPOSE:To provide a thick film resistor capable of suppressing generation of cracks and readily controlling a resistance, and having an excellent noise characteristic and an excellent VCR characteristic. CONSTITUTION:Paste contains conductive particles, glass particles, inorganic particles, and vehicles, and is, formed in which inorganic particles comprise at least one species selected from ZrSiO4 particles and 3Al2O3.2SiO2 particles and 90wt.% or more of the inorganic particles has a particle radius 0.8 to 10mum and a weight average particle radius of the inorganic particles is 1.0 to 5mum, to fire the paste to manufacture a thick film resistor.</p> |
