The lower part (1) and/or the cover (2) comprises a form-stable material, which at least in part areas is formed porously, with a pore size which permits the passage of gases and vapours, but prevents the passage of germs. The pore size is a max.of 1 micrometre. The lower part and/or the cover are completely or partially made of a porous sinter material sintered from chrome and nickel powder. ADVANTAGE - Obviates the need for special filters.
