The invented filter bag consists of a supporting plate (1) m ade of solid paper mass, such as cardboard, that is coupled for i nstance by sticking with a bag (3) and in which there is performe d a tight closeable opening (9) for suction mouthpiece or suction tube of a vacuum cleaner, whereby said opening (9) is closeable by a special closing element (10) that can be moved from open pos ition sideways from the opening (9) into a closing position on th e opening (9). The closing element (10) fits close at least in op en position to at least two layers (a, b) of solid paper mass and between those two layers (a, b) there is in the opening (9) area fastened a rubber-ring seal (11).
