THERMOPLASTIC POLYESTER COMPOSITION AND POLYESTER FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition useful for obtaining a film excellent in scratch and abrasion resistances by mixing a thermoplastic polyester with a specified calcium carbonate and phosphorus and specifying the terminal carboxyl concentration. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition is prepared by mixing a thermoplastic polyester (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate) with 0.05-10wt.% vateritic calcium carbonate surfacetreated with a polycarboxylic acid compound (e.g. sodium polyacrylate) and having a mean particle diameter of 0.01-5mum and 40-250ppm of phosphorus (for example, one added in the form of trimethyl phosphate) and has a terminal carboxyl concentration in the range of 10-100 equivalents per 10<6>g of the polymer.
