<p>PURPOSE:To simplify assembly by a method wherein the strengths of a simple substance muntin and a division muntin are prevented from decrease, a solid lattice is provided, and in manufacture of the lattice, mass production of the simple substance muntins and the division muntins formed in the respective lengths suffices for assembly of the lattice. CONSTITUTION:A hollow profile is used as each muntin, and one full single substance muntins 1 and 3 are used for one of vertical and horizontal muntins and a plurality of division muntins 2 divided into lengths corresponding to a distance between the single substance muntins 1 and 3 are used for the other muntin. Each division muntin 2 is arranged between the single substance muntins 1 and 1, positioned facing each other, and two end faces 2a and 2a thereof are brought into contact with the sides of the single substance muntins 1 and 3. An internal lever 4 extending in the direction of length through the muntin is arranged to the division muntin 2, and each division muntin 2 is securely nipped between the single substance muntins 1 and 3 by a screwed-in joining member 5 for fastening joined in a screwed-in state with the internal lever 4 from the single substance muntins 1 and 3 side.</p> |
