<p>PURPOSE:To provide a lamination excellent in corrosion resistance, hot water resistance, and durability where peeling-off between metal and a resin coating layer or rust of the metal due to water diffused inside the resin coating layer is difficult to be generated. CONSTITUTION:A passive coating film is formed on the inner surface of a metal pipe. A primer layer prepared by sintering an organic titanate primer composition is formed on the inner surface of the passive coating film. A resin coating layer obtained by melting and bonding a silane graft denatured polyolefine resin is formed on the inner surface of the primer layer.</p> |
