<p>PURPOSE:To follow elastic deformation of a pressure tank and to prevent gas leakage between a liquid chamber and a gas chamber by integrally constituting three parts of the liquid chamber, the gas chamber and a caulking ring. CONSTITUTION:This pressure tank used as a buffer tank for a feed water pump unit and others is constituted of a gas chamber side dome 11 and a water chamber side dome 12, and in the water chamber side dome 12, a diaphragm 14 consisting of a plastic liner 13, rubber and others is provided. The diaphragm 14 positions one end of the caulking ring 15 inside of its peripheral edge 141 and by plastic deforming the water chamber side dome 12, airtightly pressure connects and fixes the liner 13 and the diaphragm peripheral edge part 141 between the caulking ring 15 and the water chamber side dome 12. After inserting the upper end of the caulking ring 15 into an end part 111 of the gas chamber side dome 11, three of each of the end parts 111, 121 and the upper end of the caulking ring 15 are integrally connected to each other by welding and others all over their periphery. Consequently, sealing air is prevented from leaking to the side of a water chamber.</p> |
