PURPOSE:To increase photosensitivity and show excellent adhesion, resolution and back coverage by adding specified photo-initiator to composition formed of ethylenic unsaturated group content compound. CONSTITUTION:Photo-polymerized composition is formed of (a) 20-60 pts.wt. compound with at least one ethylenic unsaturated group, (b) 40-80 pts.wt. thermoplastic organic polymer ((a) and (b) have 100 pts.wt. in total) and 0.01-3 pts.wt. photo-initiator, as shown by formulas I, II, and/or III, respectively contained in total 100 pts.wt. (a) and (b). In formulas I-III however, R1 is an alkylene group of 6-12 carbon-atoms and R2-R7 are independent alkyl groups of 1-3 hydrogen-atoms or carbon-atoms, respectively. Such photo-polymerized composition is applied onto a support and dried to form a 20-100mum thick layer so that a photopolymerized element can be obtained. |
