<p>PURPOSE: To avoid complicated producing technique and to unnecessitate a blind rivet by connecting a coupling device, an airbag and a cover with a set of fastener elements, and constituting a set of the fastener elements of specific number of fastener elements. CONSTITUTION: An inflator 100 is coupled to a heat shield 200 to form an inflator/shield semi-assembly and a coupling device 300, an airbag 400 and a cover 500 are coupled to form an airbag/cover semi-assembly. It is coupled to a reaction device 600 to form a reaction/airbag/cover semi-assembly. After then, inflator/shield semi-assembly is coupled with the reaction/airbag/cover semi-assembly to form an airbag assembly. The parts of the airbag assembly also minimize the number of fastener elements to six main fastener elements. Each fastener element comprises a shaft 28a and a locking part 28b to be joined integrally to the device 300.</p> |
