PURPOSE:To let the title molding have a solid feeling and durability, and contrive a reduction of a man-hour and a manufacturing cost, by a method wherein molding is effected of the first resin containing a foaming agent and the second resin not containing the foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:A molding 10 is constituted of the first resin part 12 comprised of the first resin containing a foaming agent and the second resin part 14 comprised of the second resin not containing the foaming agent. When the first resin and second resin are extruded through a discharge port of a molding device in a body, in a matter which has been in a sectional form copied after the discharge port, only capacity of the first resin is expanded by foaming operation. Consequently, unevenness such as a letter or a pattern appears on the surface of a molding 10. Then in the molding 10 wherein a core material 16 is molded, both of the first resin and second resin are extruded on one surface side and only one side out of the first resin and the second resin is extruded, the unevenness appears only on the one side of the core material 16. |
