MICROBIAL STRAIN OF GENUS PSEUDOMONAS HAVING RECOMBINANT DNA AND PRODUCTION OF LIPASE USING THE MICROORGANISM

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of lipase by the genetic recombination of a lipase-producing microorganism resistant to surfactant. CONSTITUTION:Lipase gene of Pseudomonas cepacia A-0727 which is a surfactant-resistant lipase-producing microorganism is cloned and a plasmid vector containing introduced lipase gene is prepared. The vector is included in a cell of a microorganism of the genus Pseudomonas and the cell is cultured in a nutrient medium for the Pseudomonas to enable the mass-production of lipase.
