PURPOSE:To enable manufacturing of a plastic molded body which filters efficiently fine dust, by a method wherein a fine-diameter longitudinal groove and fine-diameter meandering groove are formed respectively in one mold and the other mold and a frame body groove and a thick-diameter groove which are not communicated with the frame body groove are formed respectively on the circumference of the fine- diameter groove and the central part. CONSTITUTION:A top force 1 is constituted of a fine-diameter longitudinal rib groove 4, a frame body groove 6 formed so as to surround the groove 4 and a thick-diameter rib guide groove 3 which is on the fine-diameter rib part, not joined to a frame body part and possesses a thick-diameter than that of the thin-diameter longitudinal rib groove 4. A bottom force 2 is constituted of a meandering thin-diameter lateral rib groove 5, the frame body groove 6 and the thick-diameter rib guide groove 3. Then the top force 1 and bottom force 2 are pushed to each other, plastic is injection-molded and a molded body 7 is obtained. The same is constituted of a longitudinal rib 4' which is a straight line in a longitudinal direction, a thin diameter lateral rib 5' which is meandering in a lateral direction, a thick-diameter rib guide belt 3' and a frame body rib 6'. An air or liquid turbulence is generated in air or a liquid passing through the rib by this meshy form, and fine dust or particles can be interrupted or filtered efficiently. |
