PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive soda drink prepared from red beefsteak plant having an anticarcinogenic effect, a metabolic effect for lactic acid and pyruvic acid, etc., and a good effect on health by adding sugar to a cooked soup of red beefsteak plant, cooling down, adding citric acid under agitation and mixing with carbonated soda-water. CONSTITUTION:Leaves of red beefsteak plant are washed with water, swished to remove attached water and boiled for 3-4min. in hot water. The decolored green leaves and harshness formed during boiling are taken out, sugar is added to the soup and the product is cooled by extinguishing fire. Subsequently, citric acid is added under stirring and carbonated soda-water is mixed to obtain the objective inexpensive soda drink prepared from red beefsteak plant having an anticarcinogenic effect, a function to burn and eliminate lactic acid and pyruvic acid accumulated in a fatigued body, a healthy effect and an appetizing effect stimulated by a beautiful rose color and giving a refreshing feeling. |
