PURPOSE:To enable the sublimation transfer of the yellow color of the three primary colors having a proper sublimable property and strong tinting strength and excellent in light resistance, by using coloring matter having a specific structural formula alone or in a combination of two or more. CONSTITUTION:In a sublimable transfer body according to a sublimable transfer recording system, one or more kind of coloring matter represented by formula wherein X is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and R is a hydrogen atom or a straight or branched alkyl group. The coloring matter represented by the formula is obtained, for example, by a method wherein aromatic amine is formulated by Wurtz-Meyer reaction and the reaction product is subsequently condensed with malonitrile. The sublimable transfer body is prepared by applying ink containing coloring matter to a transfer substrate. |
