PURPOSE:To efficiently and economically attain the connection between communication equipments. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a digital cordless telephone system telephone terminals 202a and 202b transmits signals 16a and 16b to an antenna part 105a by using different frequencies for each call. A frequency division multiple signal 14a received by the antenna part 105a is light source-modulated by an E/O converter 103a, and an optical modulated wave 12a of a wavelength 25 is transmitted. The optical modulated wave 12a is synthesized with other optical modulated waves 12 and 12c whose wavelength is different from a data communication system and a radio LAN in multiplexer 101a, and inputted through a first optical fiber transmission line 11a to a branching filter 102c at one floor, and branched. A branched optical modulated wave 13g is converted into an electric signal by an O/E converter 104, and outputted as a radio frequency band signal 15g. The radio frequency band signal 15g is radiated as an electric wave from an antenna 105e, and received by a base station 112. |
