PURPOSE:To efficiently execute a plant test by providing an electronic computer device with a signal input means for inputting a signal indicating the existence of a plant test, and at the time of inputting the signal, repeatedly executing an initial diagnostic program. CONSTITUTION:The signal input means for inputting a signal indicating the existence of a plant test is mounted on a substrate for the electronic computer device, and in the case of executing the plant test, a console is connected to the substrate and a required test out of test items to be executed by the initial diagnostic program is specified from the console and executed. Namely when steps from CPU diagnosis in step 3 up to filing device diagnosis in step 7 are ended, a set bit is read out from a status setting register (step 30), and when the set bit 1 is a plant test, processing is returned to the step 3 (step 31) to repeat diagnosis. Since conditions such as peripheral temperature are variously changed, the existence of abnormality can easily be detected. |
