PURPOSE:To provide an image processor capable of surely preventing fabrication even when a part of paper money or the like is hidden and set on an original platen or the paper money or the like is divided and respective divided parts are respectively set on the original platen. CONSTITUTION:This image processor is provided with a detection means for detecting the spatial frequency of a small area in an original, an arithmetic means 501 for comparing the distribution pattern of the detected spatial frequency with a pattern for reference (the pattern of the spatial frequency of the paper money or the like) stored beforehand and calculating similarlity and a discrimination means 511 for discriminating whether or not the original is equal to the original (the paper money or the like) to be the base of the pattern for reference based on the calculated similarlity. |
