PURPOSE:To set an optional transfer destination and to select the received data through an optional terminal equipment by providing a means which analyzes the data contained in the received signal and a control signal and a means which stores the analyzing result. CONSTITUTION:When a transfer control part 3 is called and connected by an optional connected to a public circuit, the part 3 decides a data signal or a tone/pulse signal by a tone/pulse decoder 8. If the data signal is decided, this signal is stored in a storage part 4 via a transmission/reception interface part 1 and an input/output interface part 5. Meanwhile if the tone/pulse signal is decided, the signal is judged as a control signal, and this control signal is analyzed by the decoder 8 and stored in the part 4 respectively. When the public circuit is cut, the terminal equipment of the transfer destination designated by the control signal stored in the part 4 is called. At the same time, the data designated by the control signal is read out of the part 4 and transferred.
