PURPOSE:To radiate a pulse laser beam over a wide range regardless of a situation in which a device is arranged, or the state of an object on a ground surface by providing a diffuser which diffuses the pulse laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A radiated pulse laser beam 1 is converted into an electric signal by a converter 2. An output signal from the converter 2 is amplified by a discriminator 3, and whether or not the output signal is the pulse laser beam is judged. A pulse laser beam 5 is generated in a laser oscillator 4 by the output of the discriminator 3 which is judged to be the pulse laser beam. The laser beam 5 is guided to an optical path 7 by a mirror 6, and made incident on a diffuser 8. The laser beam 5 is radiated to a convex mirror in the diffuser 8, and the laser beam diffused along a horizontal face entire periphery (360 deg.) is radiated. |
