PURPOSE:To prevent the delay of command transmission from being generated by erasing the meaningless invalid data of high-speed telemetry with a sub- processing circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the telemetry from the satellite side is received by a ground side mission system equipment supervisory and controlling link controller CTL 18 and telemetary data are transmitted from the CTL 18 to a ground side satellite mounted equipment supervisory and controlling device 20, a TLM/ CMD input/output part 21 sends these data to a sub-processing circuit 22. At the circuit 22, it is discriminated whether a minor frame number in a format is stored in the high-speed telemetry concerning a satellite switch controller in a mission TLM area or not or it is discriminated whether partially valid data are stored in the high-speed telemetry area or not based on a message format. When there are any telemetry data satisfying a discriminating reference, they are sent to a main processing circuit 23 as valid data.
