APPARATUS FOR PRETREATING WASTE PAPER

摘要

PURPOSE:To break recovered waste paper in an intact state of a blocklike mass so as to reduce damage of fiber. CONSTITUTION:A blocklike waste paper mass (P) is placed in a carrier part formed on the top surface of a carrying member 1, pressed and moved to a breaking part with a pressing and moving means 2 to break the waste paper in the waste paper mass (P) into fragments with a mechanical force of a rotating disk (3A) forming a part of the breaking means by rotation. A breaking promoting liquid is fed from a tank 4 forming a part of a liquid feeding means into the breaking part. The broken waste paper fragments are then recovered in a recovering container (5A) with a guide 5 forming a part of a recovering means.
