PROCESS OF BREAK-DOWN OF TIRES AND GEAR FOR ITS REALIZATION

FIELD: reclamation of industrial waste, specifically, break-down of tires including those with metal cord. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for provision for stretching of rubber over entire mass of tire worked in ozone atmosphere under minimal deformation forces applied to it. In agreement with invention force is first applied to beads of tire till they touch and then to its side walls. In gear for realization of process working tool is manufactured in the form of die and punch with radial ribs. Ribs of die are displaced circumferentially with regard to ribs of punch. Working tool is placed inside sealed chamber fitted with system supplying ozone-carrying gas. Each rib or working toll is fitted as minimum with two tongues put on surface facing opposite rib which are mounted for longitudinal and transverse movement and are so put that height of tongue nearest to axis of die and punch is bigger than height of another tongue. EFFECT: increased efficiency and productivity of process and gear. 3 cl, 6 dwg
