<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a communication information amount and to reduce communication cost by transmitting only data required for performing display on the display of a muitiwindow picture device. CONSTITUTION:A required picture information calculation means 130 calculates the picture information required for the display based on a window managed by a window state management means 120 and following instruction packets are transmitted to a picture data transmission device 110 for the window receiving information not required for the display. (a): When the windows are overlapped only the data required for reproducing the pictures of a displayed area are transmitted. (b): When only a part of the area of picture data to be received is used for the display, only the data required for reproducing the pictures of the area used for the display are transmitted. (c): In the case of reducing a window size, only the picture data of resolution required for the display are transmitted. (d): In the case of turning to an icon state, the transmission of the picture data is stopped.</p> |
