The device for blocking direct ray of sunlight and protecting the driver or passenger near the front window glass against sur ray, comprises a fixture device (1) having projected sections (2)(3) with inserting grooves (4)(5), respectively on both the sides, which engage with the sun-shade plate (6); a fan-shape fixture device (1') with an insert hole (9) on one end and insert sections (11) among projections (10) on the other end, engaging with an insert device (7) having inserting projection (8) at both ends of the sun-shade plate (6).
