PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive power of ITO films. CONSTITUTION:Color filters 2 are formed on one side of a pair of light transmissive substrates 1, 1a provided in the color liquid crystal display device 13 and an over coat film 3 is formed on these color filters 2 to smooth the surface. Further, a metal nitride film 4 consisting of SiNx, etc., and a metal oxide film 5 consisting of SiOx, etc., are formed in this order thereon before the ITO film 6 is formed thereon. The adhesive power of the ITO film 6 is improved by forming the metal nitride film 4 and the metal oxide film 5. |
