PURPOSE:To provide a camera with a stroboscopic device, capable of complicat edly combining a stopping value and a guide number without increasing the capacity of a storage means and easily attaining flashmatic control according a utilization purpose. CONSTITUTION:The camera with the stroboscopic device is provided with a a photometry means 100 measuring the brightness of an object and the stroboscopic device 200 capable of automatically emitting electric flash light when prescribed brightness or below is obtained in the result of the photometry by the photometry means 100 and varying the emitted light quantity, a range-finding means 300 measuring the distance of the object, a storage means 400 having a flashmatic calculation table on which the diaphragm value corresponding to the distance of the object is set based on the guide number as a reference, a calculating means 500 obtaining the stopping value when a guide number value is changed based on the reference diaphragm value of the flashmatic calculation table 400 by the result of the measurement of the range-finding means 300 and a control means 600 controlling the stroboscopic device 200 with the diaphragm value of the result of the calculation of the calculating means 500, to emit the electric flash light. |
