PURPOSE:To always fill a heat storage material in a panel and to obtain a high heat transfer rate by so setting an inner volume of the panel as to fill the material inserted into the interior at the time of solid, and forming upward an expansion absorber for allowing expansion of the material when the phase of the material is changed to liquid. CONSTITUTION:A heat storage panel 1 installed horizontally as floor heating, etc., is filled with a heat storage material 3 of a quantity to be filled in the panel 1 in a solid state therein. An expansion absorber 6 provided with an air vent hole for releasing the expansion quantity when the phase of the material 3 is changed to liquid is formed upward partly at an upper part of the panel 1. Thus, the material is always filled in the panel 1 to eliminate a space in the panel, and hence a heat transfer rate at the time of radiating heat can be improved, and it can be horizontally installed suitably as for floor heating. |
