METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR INTAKE/DISCHARGE OF AIR IN DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH REFRIGERATION MECHANISM

PURPOSE:To make a refrigeration mechanism operate efficiently even when the outdoor air temperature changes. CONSTITUTION:In a front panel 22 which covers the front side of a machine chamber 14 an intake port 28 and a discharge port 30 for air are opened the one at the left and the other at the right and adjacently to each other. The intake port 28 and the discharge port 30 have the same measurement at the openings. At an inward position of each of the intake port 28 and the discharge port 30 a third louver 36 having slats 36b sloping downward at a required angle is set. At an outward position of the intake port 28 a first louver 32 is set, which is fitted with slats 32b looking askance in a manner of separating from the discharge port 30 with respect to a forward-looking direction. At an outward position of the discharge port 30 a second louver 36 is set, which is fitted with slats 34b looking askance in a manner of separating from the intake port 28 with respect to a forward-looking direction. The positions at which the first louver 32 and the second louver 36 are set can be modified.
