PURPOSE:To precisely and stably maintain the surface temperature of a rotary body by detecting the temperature of the rotary body. CONSTITUTION:The surface temperature of the rotary body is detected as a resistance value change by a temperature sensor 1, the resistance value change is converted into a voltage value by a voltage converter 2, and the temperature of the rotary body is discriminated by a temperature control part 4. Then, according to the discriminated result of the temperature control part 4, a modulated signal from a control signal modulating part 5 is outputted from a transmitting part 6 attached on the rotary body surface toward a receiving part 9 fixed to a prescribed value outside the rotary body at the time point when the transmitting part 6 is faced to the receiving part 9. The modulated signal is demodulated by a control signal demodulating part 8, and fedback to a heater control part 10. Thus, the surface temperature of the rotary body can be stabilized. |
