MEASURING METHOD OF SENILITY DEGREE OF ROLLING OIL BELONGED TO A GROUP OF MINERAL OIL

1) measuring the acid value of the mineral-type hydraulic fluid with various aging levels; 2) dissolving a predetermined amount of the mineral-type hydraulic fluid in cyclohexane to provide UV spectrograph; 3) calculating a ratio of absorbance at wavelength 268 nm band to absorbance at wavelength 212 nm and band according to the UV spectrograph; 4) obtaining the relationship between the measured acid value and the ratio of the absorbance at wavelength 268 nm band to absorbance at wavelength 212 nm band; 5) providing an UV spectrograph of the mineral-type hydraulic fluid for measurement dissolved in cyclohexane; 6) calculating a ratio of absorbance at wavelength 268 nm band to absorbance at wavelength 212 nm band according to the UV spectrograph; and 7) substituting the resultant ratio to the relationship obtained in step 4) to obtain the acid value.
