The invention proposes a driver plate for a torsionally sprung clutch disc of a motor-vehicle friction clutch. This driver plate comprises a friction-lining carrier (1) in the form of an annular disc made up of a plurality of segments (17), each designed as punched sheet-metal parts and further comprises a reinforcing part (5) which is provided with apertures (13) for accommodating springs (15) of a torsional springing system for the clutch disc and the outer circumference of which forms a centreing rim (21) on which the segments (17) rest with a concavely curved contact rim (19) and to which they are welded. The segments (17) can be produced with relatively little punching waste. The contact rim (19) of the segments (17) can have comparatively coarse tolerances if the openings (11) required for the fixing of the friction linings are machined into the lining carrier (1) after the welding operation. <IMAGE> |
