<p>The clasp (1) for connecting the two ends of a chain or of a cable consists of a stopper part (3) having a notched surface (21) and of a spring or resistance part (5) which can be pushed onto the stopper part (3). Fitted to the spring or resistance part (5) are spring elements (27) which are pressed radially outwards during pushing onto the cylindrical bolt (17) on the stopper part (3), and subsequently latch into the notched surfaces (21). The spring elements (27) can be raised out of the latched position by mutual twisting of the stopper part (3) and of the insertion part (5), and slide out along the outline of the bolt (17) over the bolt end, which is constructed as a tip (19). …<IMAGE>… </p> |
