PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a molded form having excellent charging properties in which resin raw material having high viscosity can be applied without necessity of a large-scale facility in a multikind and small quantity production of a synthetic resin molded form. CONSTITUTION:Liquidlike synthetic resin raw material 1 is regulated under the normal pressure, fed to a tank 20 by a reduced pressure operation, and defoamed. Then, the tank 20 is pressurized to inject under pressure the pressurized defoamed material in a mold 30 having air bleeding, the material is polymerized in the mold 30, and then a molded form is removed from the mold. Thus, the form having excellent charging properties can be manufactured in a facility having a small size and easy replacement of a material. |
