PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing urethane foamed raw material without invading or impregnating a skin material with the material. CONSTITUTION:An insert 10 is partly inserted into a skin material 30 sewed in a predetermined shape, urethane foam raw material U is injected in the material, and foamed to manufacture a skin integral foamed product. In this case, a recess 15 for temporarily storing the urethane foamed raw material is formed in the insert 10 to be inserted into the material 30, the raw material is injected in the recess to be once stored, and then foamed to overflow the raw material from the recess of the insert 10 by foaming to be filled in the material 30. |
