PURPOSE:To eliminate need of inserting a device into a trachea, insert it into an oesophagus for usage, eliminate need of using a face mask, regulate an insertion depth while keeping air tightness to both a stomach and a buccal cavity favorable, and apply resuscitation by artificial respiration under pressure easily, speedily and securely without requiring a license of a doctor. CONSTITUTION:An in-oesophagus airway for emergency resuscitation comprises a first baloon 2 of a rubber-like resilient body provided at a tip of a respiration tube 1, and a soft second baloon 3 of a synthetic resin provided on the base end side, and tubes 5, 6 for expansion are connected to the first and the second baloons 2, 3 respectively. Side holes 4 for communication of air are provided deflectedly on the side of the second baloon 3 between the first baloon 2 and the second baloon 3 in the respiration tube 1 in such a way that the second baloon 3 is expanded to be large lengthwise and crosswise compared to the first baloon 2. |
