发明名称 METHOD OF MOLDING HEAT RESISTANT CONTAINER
摘要 PURPOSE:To thicken a wall heel part and provide a heat resistant container capable of ensuring well stability by shortening the difference of a distance from the outer wall surfaces of a side wall part and heel part of a thermal contracted primary blow-molding to the cavity surface to which respective parts reach after blow molding. CONSTITUTION:Areas from the outer wall surface of a thermal contraction treated container 30 to the side wall molding area 81a, heel molding area 82b and ground-contact molding area 82c are almost the same. Accordingly, when pressurized air is blown into a secondary blow-molding, the outer wall surface of the container 30 tends to contact with respective molding areas 82a-82c of the side wall, heel and ground contact part nearly at the same time. As a result, the wall thickness of the heel part 48 of a final container 40 is never molded extremely thin in comparison with the wall thickness in the trunk part 42. In this manner, the deformation is small in the heel part and thus the stability is not impaired.
